The USB connection
A USB cable for connecting your monitor to your computer is supplied. The following dia-
gram shows the various options possible within a USB system:
If you use the supplied USB cable to connect your computer and ELSA monitor, it is rec-
ommended that you place the accompanying ferrous core around the cable. This core
reduces the electromagnetic interference from the monitor which would otherwise det-
rimentally effect the signal transmission.

Place the ferrous core around the cable. Make sure that the separation between the
core and the monitor’s USB socket is at least 3 cm.

Squeeze the core closed until it snaps shut.
