Time scheduler
The time scheduler can be used to automate repetitive actions. The panel manages up to 8 daily
schedules, each capable of managing up to 20 separate actions.
The Time Scheduler submenu can be used to configure the scheduler.
It is accessed through the
PROGRAMMAING
→ Scheduler
menu.

The time scheduler can be enabled and disabled using the
Enable Scheduler
parameter, which is located
at the top of the
Scheduler
submenu page.
Activation Warning (min)
: This is the time, in minutes, with which the keypad and reader buzzers are
made to sound if there is at least 1 sector associated with those being armed.
The following buttons appear under the various tables of the submenu:
•
Modify
: This can be used to edit the program or action or day etc. highlighted in the table.
•
CSV
: This can be used to export the table data to a
“.csv” file, which can be opened with a
spreadsheet.
•
: This exports the table data to a PDF file.
The
<
and
>
buttons in the bottom right are used to navigate between table pages.
5.14.1
Scheduler configuration procedure
To configure the time scheduler:
1. Define how many different daily schedules are needed to meet the user's needs. Up to eight different
daily schedules can be configured. They are listed in the
Recurring programs
table.

2. Double-click on one of the daily schedules in the
Recurring programs
table. In the pop-up window that
opens, enter the identification label of the schedule in
Enabled
and enable the schedule. Click on the
Save
button to save the changes, the
Close
button to close the window and not save the changes.
