Setting contract options
You can update flat and peak rate based on your contract option in the ELKO
Smart app.
To set the contract option:
1. Tap
My Contract Options
on Electricity page.
2. In the slide-up menu, select any one of the following (A):
–
Time of Use (Peak/Off-Peak Hours)
: rate set to a specific period of time
at which consumption is at its highest. It is the amount you pay for each
unit of electricity consumed for the time period set.

Flat Rate
: fixed rate for the entire time period of electricity consumption.
–
Spot Price Rate
: standard hourly rate of electricity consumption as per
tariff zone.
–
No Contract
: electricity rate is not set, no information related to bill will be
shown in the app.
