8-STAGE AUTOMATIC CHARGING 

This is a fully automatic battery charger featuring 8 charging stages 
 
Stage 1 &2 Test and Diagnostics 
Checks the battery’s initial condition, including voltage, state-of-charge 
and health,

 to make sure battery connections are good & battery is in a 

stable condition 

 
Stage 3 Soft Start 
Starts the charging process gently to ensure an even flow across each 
cell before increase the charging rate 
 
Stage 4 Bulk Charge 
Allows the full voltage/current output of the charger required by the 
battery (depending on the chemistry mode selected) 
 
Stage 5 Absorption 
Automatically reduces the current output whilst maintaining the 
required voltage.
