STUD WALL FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
•
Select a suitable position to mount the brackets.
•
It is recommended that the brackets are mounted using the supplied bolts to the
horizontal wooden supports behind the plasterboard. If you wish to mount directly
to the plasterboard a survey of the plasterboard must be taken by suitably qualified
installers and the correct mounting hardware must be purchased. The bolts and plugs
provided are not suitable for this purpose.
•
Measure the distance between the centre of the mounting points on the rear of the
television (L in Fig 1)
•
Use a stud detector to locate the centre points of suitable wooden supports.
•
Draw a horizontal line 50mm longer than the distance L measured above. Mark 2
points L mm apart for mounting the brackets.
•
Align the brackets with these marks and mark the 4 fixing holes required.
•
Drill pilot holes 3mm diameter by 50mm deep in the supports at these points.
•
Attach the Brackets to the wall using the 8x50mm bolts (F), the bolts should be
tightened using a 12mm / 1/2 inch socket wrench or spanner.

The A195CF Brackets have a wall bracket (H) and a TV bracket
(G) that slots into the wall bracket (H). The part G has two holes,
one for screws M4 to M6 and one for the M8. You will need to
decide which screw (A to D) will be required as this will offset
the television to the left or the right of the bracket depending on
the hole used. In this way the mounting must be moved slightly
to compensate for this offset and ensure the television is in the
correct position.
