Door and door lock

Description

The door locks consists of the following:
•

Door lock

, which contains

- An

actuator

that locks the door lock and

also has two built-in micro switches, S4a
and S4b. The actuator is bi-stable, i.e., it
has two stable positions: locked door and
unlocked door. The actuator must receive
a pulse to lock and unlock the door lock.
S4a and S4b are both closed when the
door is locked.

- A

micro switch S3

that is closed when the

door is closed.

- An

emergency opening button

that can

be used to open the door lock in an emer

gency.
