Centre periodically to check the
conditions of the gas supply pipe and the
pressure adjuster, if fitted.

9.1 Turning the oven on and off
1. Turn the knob for the oven functions
to select an oven function.
2. Turn the knob for the temperature to
select the temperature.
The lamp turns on when the oven
operates.
3. To turn off the oven, turn the knobs
for the oven functions and
temperature to the off position.
9.2 Safety thermostat
Incorrect operation of the oven or
defective components can cause
dangerous overheating. To prevent this,
the oven has a safety thermostat which
interrupts the power supply. The oven
turns on again automatically when the
temperature drops.

The oven is off.
Conventional Cooking
To bake and roast food on one shelf position.
Grill with Turnspit
To grill meat, including kebabs and smaller pieces
of meat.
The maximum temperature for this function is
210 °C.
Bottom Heat
To bake cakes with crispy bottom and to preserve
food.
Fan Cooking
To roast or roast and bake food with the same
cooking temperature on more than one shelf posi‐
tion, without flavour transference.
Defrost
To defrost food (vegetables and fruit). The de‐
frosting time depends on the amount and size of
the frozen food.
To use this function, the knob for the temperature
must be in the off position.
