The Electrolux thermaline S90 cooking equipment is designed for the very heavy duty requirements of small institutions,
hotels and restaurants. The range consists of a wide choice of modular elements that can be installed as individual
free-standing or wall mounted units, or assembled into a complete cooking suite. Construction based on an internal
stainless steel frame combined with a new plug-connection system ensures that individual modules can be solidly
connected with a virtually seamless working surface.The modules described in detail on this sheet have 4 independently
controlled open burners, mounted on a base unit. These models are available for operation either on one side only or
from both sides to suit a central cooking island. The installation options floor mounted on 200mm high feet or on a plinth
that can be either in stainless steel or of masonry construction.

EASY TO USE

• Manual gas valves with fixed high
and low positions allow precise
control of the flame intensity.
• Large sized pan support in cast iron
with long center fins to allow the use
of the largest down to the smallest

• The level of the pan support and the
top of the unit is the same, which
means it is possible to move pans
around the surface without lifting.

MATERIALS
• Body and base compartment are
made of stainless steel AISI 304 and
pan supports are made of cast iron.
• 3 mm work top in AISI 304 stainless
steel.
• “Lasertec connection system” in
AISI 304 stainless steel creates a
nearly seamless work top .
APPROVALS
• The appliances are IPX5 certified
against water jets.
• All appliances are developed and
assembled according to European
safety and hygiene standards and are
H
marked.
MODELS
• All the models are delivered with
four square stainless steel feet.
• Some models are supplied with the
Ecoflam pan detection system, which
has the advantage of saving energy
and reducing unnecessary heat
radiation in the kitchen.
• The models installed against the
wall have a C-board of 43 mm. The
C-board on the rear side of the
appliances closes any kind of gap
between the unit and the wall, for
better hygiene.
• The 2 side operating models have a
pass-through base.
• Available as variation models with
open base in hygienic designed
execution with large rounded corners
for easier cleaning.
