4.11 ECR connectors
Note: Checking of the connectors and their connexion is to be performed only when the ECR is off.
4.11.1 Connectors placed on the main PCB
The connector wiring of the ECR Euro-500TX Handy is fitted using adhesive that keeps the wiring together
and doesn’t allow it to bend at sharp angles so it won’t break nor damage.
During the repair of connector wiring it is recommended to seal the wiring using the adhesive in a specia-
lised service centre.
4.11.2 Connector for external devices
1. Turn the ECR off and disconnect the external power supply.
2. Detach the middle and front cover from the bottom one.
3. Separate the rear cover along with the motor holder.
4. Plug or check the connection of connectors to the PCB and their integrity. Make sure that the
connectors are tightly plugged.
5. In case of a damaged connector, replace whole connector PCB.
6. Perform ECR tests (chapter 5).
7. Assemble the covers back (chapter 4.1).
