6.2
Manual leakage current test
Prerequisite:
The item under test is connected correctly (Chap. 6.1).
• Go to the menu "Manual Test".
The status display for manual test is displayed.
Attention:
During leakage current measurements the enclosure of the item under
test can be voltage-carrying. Therefore, it is necessary to take action
to prevent a touching of the item under test during the measurement
(separate test room, barring off, warning signs ...)
.
• Select with rotary encoder S4 "A1".
• Confirm the test step A1 by pressing the rotary encoder S4.
• Start the test step A1 by pressing the green "RUN"-button S3/H3.
Test step A1 will be carried out, or before the test step the warming
up time will be passed (if activated). The display shows the current
measurements.
• Carry out the remaining tests in the same way.
The function buttons are described in Chap. 4.3.
Warming-up time:
If a warming-up time is set (Chap. 4.5.1 Basic parameter), the oper-
ating voltage will be applied for the preset time. The display shows
the warming-up time.
