The serial ports configuration parameters are as follows where ‘X’ is for ports 1 and 2
(Default values are shown):
Serial_0X_Enabled
Serial_0X_Mode
Serial_0X_Baud_Rate
Serial_0X_Data_Bits
Serial_0X_Parity
Serial_0X_Stop_Bits
Serial_0X_Flow_Control
= 1

= 115200
= 8

Each configuration parameter and its permitted values are as follows:
Enabled
Enables or disabled the specified serial port from transmitting or
receiving data.
Permitted values:
o
0 = Disabled (Default).
o
1 = Enabled.
Mode
Sets the serial port mode.
Permitted values:
o
C = Command/Response mode (Default), where the
enabled data commands are transmitted out of the
respective serial port and the response saved to the
internal Micro SD card.
o
L = Logging mode, where all data received on the serial
port is written to the respective “.bin” file.
o
S = Streaming mode, where the same data which is
written to the internal Micro SD card is also streamed out
of the serial port.
Baud_Rate
Sets the baud rate of the serial port in bits per second (bps).
Permitted values (bps):
o
300, 600, 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200 (Default),
38400, 57600, 115200.
Data_Bits
Sets the number of bits per character.
Permitted values:
o
7 = 7 data bits.
o
8 = 8 data bits (Default).
o
9 = 9 data bits.
