AIM2505A Technical Manual V2.03
Remote terminal commands
6.6.1 Notes on commands
The commands of the AIM Remote Terminal are informative. They display
information about, for example, the module status.
The Remote Terminal is case sensitive. Commands can be entered
only in lower case characters. The backspace key can be used to edit
the Remote Terminal command line.
The Remote Terminal has a limited command history buffer to save
typing effort. Using up and down arrows on a PC terminal program
selects among commands in the history buffer.
When a parameter is enclosed in square brackets, the parameter is
optional. If such parameter is omitted, the default value for the
command is used. Some commands have multiple parameters which
must be separatedby spaces. A vertical bar ( | ) between values
means that only one of the listed choices can be used for a single
command.
