INSTALLATION
Hydraulic system requirements
The machine is driven with hydraulic oil. Pay attention that the machine is not operated with pressure exceeding
the characteristics indicated, when power is supplied by the system. Apply pressure reducing valves when the
maximum pressure exceeds 140 bar, otherwise the machine will be damaged or destructed.
An operation pressure of 90 – 140 bar and a volume flow of 20 l/min – 45 l/min is required to achieve the
specified performance data.
The recommended set for the pressure control valve is 140 bar.
Supply (IN) and return (OUT) hoses must be connected as marked on the sides of the tool ports.
Pay attention that the diameters of all lines are big enough (P=DN12 and T=DN16) and there are no restrictions.
There must be no buckles in the hoses. Check the supplied flow pressure. The flow pressure has to be adjusted with
the pressure control valve (see technical specifications). Too low pressure will decrease the performance and too
high pressure will lead to overload.
STARTUP
WARNING -
Never operate the hydraulic machine without a pressure control valve!
The system should not have more than 17 bar back pressure measured at the tool end of the
operating hoses. The system conditions for measurement are at maximum fluid viscosity of 82
centistokes (minimum operating temperature). The recommended hose size is 12 mm I.D. to 16 mm I.D. and a
length of 15 m and 30 m.
