Monitoring and control of bag
contents
pH and conductivity measuring equipment can be connected to the I/O Cabinet, enabling
simultaneous pH and conductivity monitoring. This is an optional function.
The probes for pH and conductivity measurement are inserted into the disposable bag
using sterile process connectors to preserve the sterility of the disposable bag contents.
pH control can be performed using pumps for addition of acid and base solutions.
Monitoring of weight
XDUO 2500 Mixer can optionally be equipped with load cells, which measure and record
the weight of the mixer vessel.
Monitoring and control of
temperature
XDUO 2500 Mixer provides the following temperature control and monitoring options:

Temperature sensors for vessel temperature monitoring and recording

Temperature sensors and TCU for vessel temperature control, monitoring, and
recording
Remote control functionality
XDUO 2500 Mixer can be remotely monitored and controlled using Wonderware software,
if the mixer is part of FlexFactory.
