Calibrate the pH probe
Preparation
If XDUO 2500 Mixer is used in a GMP regulated environment, the pH probe is
a GMP critical component.
Note:
Before calibrating the pH probe, prepare the following:
•
30 mL pH 4 standard solution in a 50 mL conical tube.
•
30 mL pH 7 standard solution in a 50 mL conical tube.
•
500 mL deionized water in a spray bottle.
Prepare for calibration
Prepare the pH probe as follows:

Take a pH probe out of the packaging.

Rinse the sensor end of the pH probe with de-ionized water.

Connect the pH probe with the probe cable so that no thread is visible on
the probe.

NOTICE
Do not cross-thread the probe cable.
Tighten the connection properly. Carefully push the connector together when
tightening it.
