Note: Encapsulated PostScript (EPS) files are not supported for FTP printing.
Print files to the Fiery ES with the FTP protocol
You can use the FTP protocol to print files to the Fiery ES.

Connect to the Fiery ES with your FTP client application.
Folders corresponding to the Print queue, Hold queue, and any published virtual printers are displayed.

Navigate to the folder representing the print connection or published virtual printer.

Upload your job to the appropriate folder.
After the job is printed, it is deleted from the Fiery ES.
Direct Mobile Printing
Direct Mobile Printing allows direct printing to the Fiery ES from mobile devices, such as iPad, iPhone, and iPod
touch.
The Fiery ES must have certain networking options turned on in Setup. After Setup is complete, the Fiery ES appears
in the list of available printers on the mobile device.
In addition, observe the following configuration requirements:

Make sure that the Fiery ES is connected to a wireless access point on the network.
•
Make sure that supported mobile devices are connected to the same wireless network as the Fiery ES. The
Printer Default Paper Size is used for all Direct Mobile Printing jobs.

Print from a mobile device
You can print files from your mobile device to the Fiery ES.
1 On the mobile device, select the job, and then open the
Print
window.
