4.3.3.6 Baudrate
The transmission speed of RS232 can be set, it has 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600 and 115200
selectable.
Note: the faster the transmission speed setting will be interference.
4.3.3.7 ProVOLT
The ProVOLT function allows for maintaining, stepping up or stepping down the voltage output
between steps without the voltage dropping to 0V. If ProVOLT = ON, the output voltage will not
drop to 0V between test steps.
Additional notes on the ProVOLT function:

Test steps must be of the same test type (ACW, DCW). For example if an ACW test is
followed by a DCW test, the ProVOLT function will not operate.

If stepping up the voltage between steps, the ramp down parameter is ignored.

If stepping down the voltage between steps, the ramp up parameter is ignored.
4.3.3.8 Screensaver
The Screensaver function can be set to ON or OFF. To set the Screensaver function, touch the
ON/OFF key. To save the setting touch the enter key (
↵ ) and move to the next parameter.
4.3.3.9 A/B Test (Option)
The A/B Test function can be set to ON or OFF. To set the A/B Test function, touch the ON/OFF
key. To save the setting touch the enter key (
↵ ) and move to the next parameter.
4.3.3.10 Reflash
The Reflash function can be set to either STEP or LAST. If set STEP, the display will be updated per
100ms. If set LAST, the display will reflash when all steps has been completed.
4.3.3.11 Reset Clear
If Reset Clear is ON, user has to press RESET key then press TEST to continue testing when has a
fail. If Reset Clear is OFF, user can press TEST to continue testing when has a fail.
4.3.3.12 ARC Frequency
The ARC Frequency measure bandwidth can be set to 10k – 30kHz or 10k – 150kHz. To set the
Screensaver function, touch the ON/OFF key. To save the setting touch the enter key (
↵ ) and move
to the next parameter.
4.3.3.13 Control mode
The Control mode function can be set to SE, 7730 or 7400.
The format and command will compatible to 7730 or 7400 series when the Control mode is 7730
or 7400.
Note: the instrument will can’t use USB and Barcode function and Chinese and Japanese interface
