please use the Windows Search or search the Internet for
answers.
If you are really stuck with a Windows or tablet problem,
please call the EEA office at (780) 488-9600
Depending upon the problem, you may receive support
directly from Active Computers and Technology Services,
the tablet vendor. Your contact information will be
provided to them, and they will call you.
Remote Assist Connection
To better serve you, we may request a connection to
your tablet using remote assist service. The software for
this service was preinstalled on all the tablets in the EEA
lending library. Using this software, a technician should
be able to connect directly and share your screen.
If your tablet becomes lost or damaged, please contact
the EEA office.
