XAMPLE
The following example adds a MAC OUI to the OUI Telephony list.
Console(config)#voice vlan mac-address 00-12-34-56-78-90 mask ff-ff-ff-00-00-
00 description A new phone

voice vlan
This command specifies the Voice VLAN mode for ports. Use the no form to
disable the Voice VLAN feature on the port.

switchport voice vlan { manual | auto }
no switchport voice vlan
manual - The Voice VLAN feature is enabled on the port, but the
port must be manually added to the Voice VLAN.
auto - The port will be added as a tagged member to the Voice
VLAN when VoIP traffic is detected on the port.

When auto is selected, you must select the method to use for detecting
VoIP traffic, either OUI or 802.1ab (LLDP) using the switchport voice vlan
rule command. When OUI is selected, be sure to configure the MAC
address ranges in the Telephony OUI list using the voice vlan mac-address
command.

The following example sets port 1 to Voice VLAN auto mode.
