7.4 Configuration
level
The following settings can be performed in CONFIGURATION level (CONFIGURATION
FUNCTIONS):
•
Selection of language (MESSAGE LANGUAGE: GERMAN/ENGLISH, ……….)
•
Selection of operating mode (OPERATING MODE AS CIP)
•
Selection of measuring range (MEASURING RANGE 200mS/cm = 20mA)
•
Determine current output (CURRENT OUTPUT 0..20mA 4..20mA)
•
Set point inversion of SP1 and SP2 (INVERT SWITCH - - SP1 SP2 SP1+2)
•
Determine of metering enable (ENABLE ALSO ON PREMETERING: NO)
•
Activate separate pre-metering output (PREMETERING OUT SEPARATE: NO)
NOTE
The programming steps and display texts described in the following sections of this
chapter are summarised in the “Programming Structure” overview in the Appendix.
7.4.1
Selecting the operation language
The display texts and alarm messages can be displayed in one of the following languages:
English, German, French, Italian, Spanish or Dutch.
To select the
language

proceed as follows:
1. Activate the CONFIGURATION FUNCTIONS menu.
2. Press the

key.
3. Scroll by pressing one of the or keys until the required language is displayed.
4. Press the NEXT key to confirm.
7.4.2
Selecting the operating mode
The instrument offers the possibility of selecting between AS mode (make-up mode) and
CIP mode (phase separation) (ex-works setting is AS).
