Fault Handling
You can switch off the acoustic alarm by pressing any key on the front of the device.
However, the alarm display on the screen remains visible until you eliminate the fault.

The detergent storage unit is empty.
Connect a new storage unit.

No capsule inserted.
Insert capsule.
Defective capsule switch.

TRIAC for the activation of the 'meter detergent’
output defective.
Replace the motherboard.

SENSOR FAULT
Defective conductivity measuring cell or
connector cable; connection not correct.
Check connection; change
conductivity measuring cell if
necessary.
Measuring sensor for rinsing water temperature
defective, connector cable defective, or
connection not correct.
Check connection, replace
measuring sensor if necessary.
SYSTEM FAULT

This alarm is issued as soon as the delay time
for the alarm has expired if the wash tank/rinse
temperature falls before the minimum permitted
value (LO).
Defective dishwasher.
Change the temperature limits
value or change the alarm
delay time.
HIGH TANK/RINSE
TEMPERATURE
This alarm is issued as soon as the delay time
for the alarm has expired if the wash tank/rinse
temperature rises above the maximum
permitted value (HI).
Defective dishwasher.
Change the temperature limits
value or change the alarm
delay time.
DISABLE ALARM
This alarm is issued if the metering unit was in
operation during idle time (= the period of time
defined as shut-down time for the dishwasher).
If necessary, change the times
for the operating shifts or switch
off the dishwasher.
FINAL RINSE
STUCK ON
For single-tank industrial dishwashers:
Rinsing agent metering device in operation
longer than pre-programmed (rinse program
does not switch off).
Switch off the dishwasher rinse
program.
FINAL RINSE
LOW FLOW
For multi-tank industrial dishwashers: Rinsing
agent metering device in operation even though
water infeed has been interrupted.
Check the water supply. Clean
the rinsing nozzles and replace
them if necessary.
DRAIN AND REFILL
THE WASH TANK
This alarm is issued as long as the delay time
for the alarm has expired if the defined interval
since the last drainage of the detergent solution
has been exceeded.
Drain the washing tank.
