Direct channel selection
The channel can be selected by inputting the
channel directly.
The mode will change to direct
channel selection mode.
Right: Advance to next digit.
Left: Return to previous digit.
When the button is pressed, the media
type changes in the following order.

Manually setting channels into
memory
This section covers the setting of channels in
memory under the numbered buttons.
The tuned channel is now memorized
and set in the button selected. Repeat
the procedure to set additional
manually tuned channels in memory,
in turn, for buttons [1] to [6]. These
buttons are called the preset buttons.
ATTENTION
If the vehicle’s battery is disconnected (for
repairs to the vehicle or for removing the main
unit), all channels in memory will be lost. In
such a case, set channels in memory again.
Preset channel scan
This function enables reception of all the
channels in the preset buttons for five seconds
each.
[P SCAN] will appear at the display,
and channels stored under preset
buttons [1] through [6] will be played
for five seconds each.
The main unit will stay tuned to the
desired channel.
Switching displays when using
the SIRIUS satellite radio
Each time the button is pressed the
display item changes in the following
order:
channel name
→
category name
→
title
→
artist
→
channel name
→
ATTENTION
If there is no name, NO_ DATA will appear.

Press the [MODE] button for more
than one second.

Press the [SELECT] (Right/Left)
button to select the channel digit
number.

Press the [SELECT] (Upper/Lower)
button to select the channel
number to be input.

Press the [ENTER] button.

Press the [SELECT] (Right/Left)
button to tune to the channel to be
entered in memory.

Select any button, from [1] to [6],
and press it for more than two
seconds.

for more than one second.

To stop the preset scan mode at a
desired channel, press the
[SELECT] (Lower) button again.
