Shield Installation

1.

Attach shield base (D) to gear case 

flange (E). Secure shield base with 

shield plate (F) and screws (G).

2.

Slide shield with cut off knife (H) onto 

shield base. Secure shield with bolt (I) 

and nut (J). 

Changing Shields 

1.

Remove bolt (I) and nut (J). 

2.

Press tab (K) and slide shield with cut 

off knife off shield base. 

3.

Install shield without cutoff knife as in 

previous section.
