PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF THE WEAR PARTS
Once the maintenance service has been completed, it is advisable to check wear parts of the XRGI
®
system components and, if necessary,
to replace components in order to ensure a long service life and safe operation of the XRGI
®
system.

DESCRIPTION
1
Plate heat exchanger
While the engine is running, inspect the function of the plate heat exchanger on the iQ-
Control Panel display.
2
Pumps
Inspect all pumps for correct function and noise.
3
ESBE valve
Inspect the ESBE valves for movement, etc.
4
Hoses
Inspect the hoses for leak-tightness.
5
Expansion vessel
Check the pressure/fill level of the expansion vessel.
Check the expansion vessel for leak-tightness.
6
Temperature sensor
Check the sensor values of the temperature sensors of the Q-Heat Distributor in the iQ-
Control Panel display.
Verification of the temperatures:
1.
The XRGI
®
system is started and left running for a minimum of 30 minutes for all
temperatures to be stabilized.
2.
The XRGI
®
system is stopped for a minimum of 15 minutes. In this period, the tem-
perature sensors are automatically calibrated to obtain the highest possible preci-
sion.
3.
The XRGI
®
system is once again started and after 5 minutes, the below relations are
verified.
