Remove the plastic covers from the
plate heat exchanger (9)
connections.
■
Place the
plate heat exchanger (9)
in the mounting bracket on the exhaust
adaptor.
■
Place the
safety circuit (14)
on the front cover of the plate heat exchanger
above the exhaust flange.
■
Attach the safety circuit with
2 x Bolt M8x16 (11)
,
4 x washers M8 (12)
and
2 x
nuts M8 (13)
to the front cover of the plate heat exchanger.

Place the
exhaust adapter (6)
on the exhaust outlet of the Power Unit and
fasten the exhaust adapter with
4 x Bolt M8x16
(11)
,
8 x
washers M8 (12)
and
4 x
nuts M8 (13)

■
Place the
lip seal (4)
in the exhaust adapter outlet.

Place the
insulation
material (7)
on the bottom of the mounting bracket.

■
Place the
front cover (10)
over the insulating material onto the plate heat ex-
changer and fix the front cover with
4 x Bolt M8x16 (11)
,
8 x washers M8 (12)
and
4 x nuts M8 (13)
in the four lowest holes.
