If the UPS is a four UPM model, check the Field Installed UPM (FI-UPM) air filter (located behind the front
panel) and wash or replace as necessary. See
for the filter location. The FI-UPM filter size is 20"
x 44" x 0.25". Contact an Eaton service representative for a replacement filter. To remove the filter:

). Lift the panel straight up to remove it from the panel hanger bracket at
the top of the cabinet.

Pull the foam filter over the screw heads on the cabinet mounted studs and remove the filter from the
cabinet.
Verify washed filter is thoroughly dry before reinstalling.
