RADIUS
A IP card is running with the 166.99.224.96 IP address.
A freeradius (version 1.1.7-r0.0.2) is running (IP address:166.99.224.129, port :1812), with the following
configuration:

clients.conf file:
allows NAS (NMC card) with an address in the 166.99.224/8 network to send requests
to the server (shared secret between the server and the NMC cards: eaton123)
