Unit sealing plate
The unit installed with upper air supply needs to install front sealing plate and side sealing plate. If it is used for
front air supply, it is installed with sealing plate and side sealing plate. When it needs to be used in the cold pool
of multi-cabinet, it is recommended to keep only one air outlet for better results. That is to say, only the upper
air supply port is retained and the other ports are sealed or only the front air supply port is retained and the
installation mode of front air supply is adopted.

2.7 Pipeline connection
Pipeline cleaning
Ensure that the pipeline is clean and free of rust, oxide scale, sand, oil, etc. During the installation and
maintenance of the unit, the pipeline need be cleaned if necessary.
1. Cleaning of copper pipe
If there are impurities such as oxide scale in the copper tube, it can be washed with nitrogen or dry compressed
air. In the process of maintenance, there is a lot of oil in the copper pipe, so an appropriate amount of
trichloroethylene or carbon tetrachloride can be added and purged after the oil is dissolved, but attention should be
paid to indoor ventilation to prevent operator poisoning.
2. Cleaning of air-cooled condenser
The fin of the air-cooled condenser is easy to attach dust and oil, thus reducing the upwind area and the
