This manual goes over the devices that make up the EMS-DOS-…-SWD/
EMS-ROS-…-SWD series (hereafter referred to as EMS-DOS/ROS-SWD) and
explains how to install and operate them. Moreover, it describes how to use
these devices in order to protect motors in potentially explosive locations
(Ex e zones).

This manual is intended for the qualified personnel that will be installing,
operating, and maintaining the EMS-DOS/ROS-SWD electronic motor starter.
