Appendix B: Assembly Object Instances for MP-3000
To Change the Active Assembly
The following example shows how to change the active assembly with an explicit message. This example uses C-H Studio, the Eaton
Corporation DeviceNet setup tool; however, similar procedures should be available using other vendors. In the data field shown, 97 (hex)
represents assembly instance 151 (temperatures). Use the hex value of the desired instance to select the appropriate assembly. Next,
send the explicit message to the DPONI to change the polled assembly instance.
