Programming Spread File Configurations
The active spread program [ ] is displayed in the upper left
corner of the status screen. To program spread files, press
Program to access the programming screen.
1) Press Mode to set Face Up or Face to Face Spreading.
2) Press Length. Press the keypad and arrows to adjust
spreading length. (The spread length can also be set by
driving the machine to the end marker. Press the length/
Position key to transfer machine position as the length.
Note: The minimum spread length is 10.0 in (25.4 cm). The
Maximum spread length in 3000.0 in (7620 cm).
Press OK to accept spread length.
3) Press Count to access preset ply counter. Use the
numbers keypad and arrow keys to adjust count. The
machine will automatically stop when this ply count is
reached. Press OK when complete.
Note: When preset counter is set to zero "0", the plies
spread counter will count plies. The automatic counter
stop feature is disabled.
4) Press Accel to set machine acceleration to (0) Slow or (1)
Fast.
5) Press Save to save the spread file parameters.
