24 Maintenance
Maintenance
The Eastey Semi-Automatic Strapping machine will provide many hours of maintenance
free operation. There are a few items that may require attention from time to time.
Shut off power and disconnect electrical connections before cleaning or performing
maintenance tasks.
CAUTION!
Before performing any maintenance or service, switch off the
main power, disconnect the machine main power, and wait
approximately five (5) minutes for the heater plate to cool.
Weekly Maintenance
Use compressed air to blow dust from the machine. Take special care to clean dust
from the areas indicated below.
The strap guide grooves.
Areas of the clamping unit.
