in duration to the two year warranty period of this written warranty.
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranty duration,
so the above limitation may not apply to you.
In no event shall Earshot Innovations, LLC be responsible for any
special, incidental, or consequential damages for breach of this or
any other warranty, expressed or implied, whatsoever.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other
rights that vary from state to state.
FCC Notice
All earshot Innovations, LLC products comply with Part 68 of the
FCC rules. Your local telephone company may need to know the
compliance information, which may include the Registration Number,
Ringer Equivalence Number (REN), and other information. This
information can be found on the communication product you are
connected to.
The telephone company may make changes in its facilities,
equipment, operation or procedures that could affect the operation
of the equipment. If this happens, the telephone company should
provide you with sufficient advance notice in order for you to make
the necessary modifications to maintain uninterrupted services.
If you experience problems with your Chameleon Headset ™ , please
refer to the Chameleon Service and Warranty service information in
this Owner’s Manual. If the problem is causing harm to the telephone
network, the telephone company may request that you remove the
equipment until the problem is resolved.
In extreme cases, the telephone company may be forced to
disconnect your service before notifying you of the problem.
