special, incidental, or consequential damages for breach of this or
any other warranty, expressed or implied, whatsoever.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other

FCC Notice

All earshot Innovations, LLC products comply with Part 68 of the

FCC rules.  Your local telephone company may need to know the
compliance information, which may include the Registration Number,
Ringer Equivalence Number (REN), and other information.  This
information can be found on the communication product you are
connected to.

The telephone company may make changes in its facilities,

equipment, operation or procedures that could affect the operation
of the equipment.  If this happens, the telephone company should
