3.1 Operational Steps & Film Loading
BEFORE LOADING FILM, PRESS THE EMERGENCY
STOP BUTTON AND TURN THE POWER
SWITCH TO THE OFF POSITION
Loading stretch film into carriage
Step 1
- Loosen fastening screw "A" and take off
roll holder "B".
(See Fig. 3-1)
Step 2
- Center the film core over the film shaft
and lower onto the lower orientation
plate "C" of the film shelf.
(See Fig. 3-1)
Step 3
- Mount roll holder "B" and re-tighten
fastening screw "A".
(See Fig. 3-1)
Step 4
- Push down handle "E" to open carriage
door. Then press the film through in the
direction of the arrow and close the door
(do not slam). Pass the film behind and
around the first roller and then between
the first and second roller.

Step 5
- Draw enough stretch film to reach the
clamp located on the turntable and
insert the end of the stretch material
into the clamp.
Note: Do not slam or force the carriage door closed. Doing so may cause damage to hinges and
carriage door locking mechanism. Do not use sharp objects on or near rollers as they can be easily
damaged.
