Check the Scissor Arm Wear Pads
DINGLI requires that this procedure be
performed every 1000 hours or annually,
whichever comes first.
Maintaining the condition of the scissor arm
wear pads is essential to safe machine
operation. Continued use of worn out wear
pads may result in component damage and
unsafe operating conditions.
Perform this procedure with the platform in the
stowed position.
1 Measure the distance between the number
one arm cross tube and the chassis deck
at the ground controls side of the non-steer
end of the machine.

b arm cross tube
c chassis deck
For S06-HAE/ACE:
⊙
Result: The measurement is 23mm or more.
Proceed to step 2.
¤
Result: The measurement is less than 23
mm. Replace both wear pads.
For S0608HAE/ACE~S1412HAE/ACE:
⊙
Result: The measurement is 34mm or more.
Proceed to step 2.
¤
Result: The measurement is less than 34
mm. Replace both wear pads.
