8.3.9 Configure controllability of the channels via PLCLock in the EM12D supply module
Register 46004, readable, writable, functional code 3, 6 and 16.
The status PLCLock is fed back for all possible 16 channels via one word with one bit each representing the
status of a channel:

Setting the bit means that the channel cannot be switched on or off via the control unit. This means that volt-
age is applied to the output of the channel when the supply voltage is switched on (provided the channel did
not trip previously).
