4.4.1 WRITE SETUP PARAMETERS
This command sends the contents of a file to
program the Flash memory in the TPI card.

4.4.2 READ SETUP PARAMETERS
This command reads the contents of the Flash
memory of the TPI card and loads it into a buffer. The
contents of the buffer is then displayed to show the
programming of the Universal Station.
