Place the upper stationary dyno pulley mount (P/N 61300022, stamped 1) over 
the stationary dyno pulley and loosely secure the mount to the inner plate using 

five 3/8-16 x 1-inch bolts and five 3/8-inch flat washers (one of the holes on the 
pulley mount is not used).

Loosely secure the pulley mount to the stationary dyno pulley bearing plate using 
five 3/8-16 x 1-inch bolts and five 3/8-inch flat washers.

While applying upward pressure to support the shaft and pulley, tighten all the 
bolts.

4

Using the installation instructions in 

Appendix B

, secure the cap screws.
