3.2.4 Battery system self-test
Switch the DC BREAKER of BDU to the "ON" state
Switch on the “POWER ON” switch
3.2.4.2 Press the “POWER WAKE” button for about 3S. The system start-up.
3.2.4.3 Use a multimeter to measure the output voltage on the positive and negative
ports of the BDU. Confirm the voltage is within the normal range
