board CON12 and 9000PB0710 secondary I/O board CN8.

defective.
E)
The mainboard could be defective.
USB device is not Functioning Properly
A)
Ensure that the USB controller is “enabled” in the CMOS setup.
B)
Check if the 4pin USB cable is properly connected between 9000PB0710 secondary I/O
CN9 and mainboard J8.
C)
The mainboard or 9000PB0710 secondary I/O board could be defective.
