Filter-cleaning does
not work.
There is no compressed air.
Wrong control voltage.
Check the piping system and associated
vacuum manufacturer.
Verify that the voltage is 24V.
The vacuum producer
is running but nothing
is being sucked into
the system.
The dust separator is not connected to
the vacuum producer.
The tubing system is blocked.
There is no collection device connected
to the dust separator.
The collection device is not connected
tightly to the dust separator.
The vacuum producer rotates in the
wrong direction.
Connect the tubing system between the dust
separator and the vacuum producer.
Check for blocks and remove them.
Connect a collection device (plastic sack or
container)
Make sure that the collection device is
connected tightly.
Get an electrician to change the phase.
The vacuum producer
is running but the
suction is weak in the
system.
Leaking hoses or a leaky tubing system.
Clogged filters.
Fix this.
Clean or replace the filter(s) (see Filter
Replacement).
The unit is blowing out
dust.
Filter is loose or broken.
Fix filters and make sure they are secure.
Replace them if necessary.
