Disconnecting battery
When disconnecting, always disconnect the wires from the
generator first to avoid a spark.

: Stored batteries emit highly explosive hydrogen gas when charged.
Batteries also contain acid, which can cause severe chemical burns.
DANGER
: Do not allow open flames or cigarettes nearby for several minutes after
charging a battery.
DANGER
: Always wear protective goggles and rubber gloves when charging a
battery.
DANGER
: If battery acid gets on your skin, flush with water. If battery acid gets in
your eyes, flush with water and call a physician immediately.
DANGER
: If battery acid is swallowed, drink large quantities of milk and call a
Physician immediately.
CAUTION
: Never try to jump start a car with your generator.
CAUTION
: The DC receptacle is for recharging 12 Volt automotive-type batteries
only. Do not connect any other device to this receptacle.
