Cleaning
6.1.1 Cleaning the machine
Sewing dust and thread residues should be removed after every 8 operating
hours using a compressed air gun or a brush. If very fluffy sewing material
is being sewn, the machine must be cleaned more frequently.

WARNING
Risk of injury from flying particles!
Flying particles can enter the eyes, causing injury.
Wear safety goggles.
Hold the compressed air gun so that the particles
do not fly close to people.
Make sure no particles fly into the oil pan.
NOTICE
Property damage from soiling!
Sewing dust and thread residues can impair the operation of
the machine.
Clean the machine as described.
NOTICE
Property damage from solvent-based cleaners!
Solvent-based cleaners will damage paintwork.
Use only solvent-free substances for cleaning.
