• Line Level
• Post Hole Digger or Power Auger
• Speed Square
• PVC Vinyl Cement
• Safety Glasses
• Gloves
• #4 Rebar
• Shovel
• Miter Saw/Chop Saw (if cutting down rails, pickets, or posts)
