1-2. Correcting Folding Misalignment Along Vertical Length of Paper
When the folded paper is misaligned along
the vertical length as shown in the figure,
adjust the positions of the folding stoppers
of folding plates 1 and 2 to correct the
misalignment.

The flow of paper and movements of the folding section when single folding is shown below.
In single folding, folding plate 2 is not used.

1) Paper enters folding plate 1. 3) Folding rollers 2 and 3 sandwich slackened
paper and send to folding rollers 4 and 5.
2) Paper contacts folding stopper and slacks
near folding rollers 2 and 3.
4) Single-folded paper is ejected out.
