- Replace the feed bins.
Follow step 6 in “preparations’ on page 7
Replacing paper separators
Please contact your nearest dealer to purchase new paper separators
Before replacing any components, be sure to turn off the unit and disconnect the AC
power cord from the wall outlet.
- Follow steps 1 and 2 in “cleaning the feed rollers and paper separators” on the previous
page.
- Remove the worn out paper separator using the supplied pin which is stored inside the
door.
a. Open the door
See step 1 on page 17
b. Take the pin out of the pin holder
See the figure “the pin stored inside the door” on page 21
c. Release the back of the separator first, starting at the right corner with the pin
and
d. Working leftward along the back,

Then pull it out backward
Note – If you try to release the forward side of the separator first, the separator
holder may be damaged.
