Smontaggio immobilizer
Portare l’interruttore a chiave in
posizione
OFF .
Scollegare dalla parte inferiore
del blocco chiave il connettore
antenna (5) Immobilizer ed il
connettore blocco chiave (4)
(Sez. P 1).
Rimuovere le fascette di fissaggio
cablaggio antenna Immobilizer.
Svitare i due dadi (1) di fissaggio
protezione antenna Immobilizer.
Rimuovere il coperchio (2) e sfilare
l’antenna Immobilizer (3)
dall’interruttore a chiave.
Rimuovere le viti speciali (6).
Rimuovere dal telaio l'interruttore a
chiave (7).
Rimontaggio immobilizer
Applicare frenafiletti sulle due viti
speciali (6).
Montare l'interruttore a chiave (con
piastrino e antenna) sul telaio,
impuntando le due viti speciali (6).
Portare le viti a battuta e serrarle alla
coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Applicare una goccia di frenafiletti
all'interno del coperchio (2) nei punti
indicati in figura.
Installare con cura l'antenna (3)
all'interno del coperchio (2),
bloccandola con i due dentini (C)
del coperchio stesso.
Montare il coperchio sull'interruttore
a chiave, accompagnando il cavo
dell'antenna verso il basso.
Bloccare il coperchio impuntando i
due dadi ciechi (1).
Serrare i dadi alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Smontaggio chiave rossa con
transponder
Bloccare l'impugnatura della chiave (1)
in una morsa provvista di ganasce
protettive.
Con pinze estrarre la chiave (2),
sfilare le protezioni (3) e togliere il
trasponder (4).
Eseguire le sostituzioni delle parti
danneggiate e rimontare tutto
inversamente a quanto descritto
sopra.
Removing the immobiliser
Set the ignition switch to OFF .
Disconnect the antenna connector (5)
and the ignition switch connector (4)
from the lower part of the ignition
switch (Sect. P 1).
Remove the ties securing the
Immobiliser antenna wiring.
Undo the two nuts (1) securing the
Immobiliser antenna cover.
Withdraw the cover (2) with the
antenna (3) from the ignition switch;
Remove special screws (6).
Remove ignition switch (7) from the
frame.
Refitting the immobiliser
Apply recommended threadlocker to
the two special screws (6).
Install the ignition switch (with plate
and antenna) to the frame and start
the two special screws (6).
Tighten the screws fully to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Apply a drop of threadlocker inside
the cover (2) at the points indicated in
the figure.
Carefully install the antenna (3) inside
the cover (2) and secure it with the
two lugs (C) on the cover itself.
Fit the cover to the ignition switch,
leading the antenna cable
downwards.
Secure the cover with the two cap
nuts (1).
Tighten the nuts to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Disassembling the red key with
transponder
Clamp the head of the key (1) in a vice
with protective jaw facings.
Using a pair of pliers, withdraw the
key (2), remove protections (3) and
remove transponder (4).
Renew the damaged parts and
reassemble in reverse order.
