Commutatore manopola destra
Per rimuovere il commutatore destro
svitare le viti (1).
In caso di anomalia di funzionamento
è necessario verificare, in tutte le
condizioni di utilizzo, i collegamenti
interni del commutatore.
Per poter fare ciò è necessario
scollegare il connettore del
commutatore dal cablaggio
principale.
Si passa quindi all'analisi del
commutatore utilizzando un
multimetro Analogico o Digitale.
Pulsante engine stop
Con il multimetro (Sez. P 9) verificare
le condizioni di continuità elettrica tra
i cavi (
Rosso/Nero e Rosso/Bianco ).
Con il pulsante in posizione RUN
deve esserci continuità elettrica tra i
due fili.
Con pulsante posizione
OFF non
deve esserci continuità elettrica tra i
due fili.
Se queste condizioni non sono
verificate l'interruttore
ENGINE
STOP non funziona correttamente e
deve essere sostituito. I colori citati si
riferiscono ai fili elettrici che escono
dal commutatore e non ai colori dei fili
dell'impianto elettrico principale.
Pulsante starter
Utilizzando lo stesso procedimento
dell'engine stop, verificare la
continuità elettrica tra i cavi (
Blu/
Bianco e Nero ), premendo il pulsante
STARTER (vedi Sez. P 9).
Se le condizioni di continuità elettrica
non sono verificate il pulsante
STARTER non funziona e va
sostituito. I colori citati si riferiscono
ai fili elettrici che escono dal
commutatore e non ai colori dei fili
dell'impianto elettrico principale.
Rimontare il commutatore destro
serrando le viti (1) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
RH grip switch
Undo the screws (1) and remove the
RH switch.
In the event of a fault, the internal
connections of the switch must be
checked in all operating conditions.
To do this, disconnect the switch
connector from the main wiring
harness.
Now check the switch with an
analogue or digital multimeter.
ENGINE STOP button
Check for continuity between the
(
Red/Black and Red/White ) wires
with a multimeter (see Sect. P 9).
When the button is in
RUN mode,
there should be electrical continuity
between the two wires.
When the button is in
OFF mode
there should be no electrical
continuity between the two wires.
If these conditions are not met, the
ENGINE STOP switch will not work
correctly and must be replaced. The
colours indicated above refer to the
colour of wires coming from the
button and not to the colour of wires
of the main electric system.
STARTER button
Proceed as described for the engine
stop button and check for continuity
between the (
Blue/White and Black )
wires when the STARTER button is
pressed (see Sect. P 9).
If there is no continuity, the
STARTER
button is defective and must be
replaced. The colours indicated above
refer to the colour of wires coming
from the button and not to the colour
of wires of the main electric system.
Refit the right-hand selector switch
and tighten screw (1) to the
prescribed torque (Sect. C 3).
