Revisione imbiellaggio
Eseguire le seguenti verifiche
dimensionali delle bielle:
- gioco di accoppiamento con lo
spinotto al montaggio.
In caso di usura eccessiva
(Sez. C 1.1), sostituire la biella.
La boccola piede di biella deve essere
in buone condizioni e saldamente
piantata nel proprio alloggiamento.
Controllare l'errore di parallelismo
misurato a
100 mm dall'asse
longitudinale della biella:
deve essere
H - h inferiore a 0,02 mm;
in caso contrario sostituire la biella.
La biella è fornita in una unica
selezione punzonata sul fianco del
cappello del diametro della testa
(Sez. C 1.1).
Utilizzare preferibilmente alberi
motore e bielle della stessa selezione.
Verifica semicuscinetti di biella
E buona norma sostituire i
semicuscinetti (3) ad ogni revisione
del motore.
Vengono forniti di ricambio pronti per
il montaggio e non devono quindi
essere ritoccati con raschietti o tela
smeriglio.
Appartengono a due classi
dimensionali identificate ciascuna
da un colore (ROSSO e BLU).
Sono costituiti da un supporto
esterno in acciaio e da uno strato
interno a base di piombo ottenuto
con processo galvanico.
Overhauling the
connecting rods
Make the following dimensional
checks on the connecting rods:
- assembly clearance with gudgeon
pin at time of fitting.
In the event of excessive wear
(Sect. C 1.1), renew the connecting
rod.
The small end bushing must be in
good condition and firmly driven into
its seat.
Check parallelism error measured at
100 mm from the connecting rod
longitudinal axis:
the value must be
H - h less than
0.02 mm; otherwise, renew the
connecting rod.
The con-rod is supplied in a single size
class which is punched on the side of
the head diameter cover (Sect. C 1.1).
It is preferable to use crankshaft and
connecting rods of the same size
class.
Checking the connecting rod
bearings
It is good practice to renew the
bearings (3) each time the engine is
overhauled.
Replacement bearings are supplied
ready for assembly and they must not
be reworked with scrapers or emery
cloth.
The bearings belong to two different
size classes each identified by a
colour (RED and BLUE).
The bearings are composed of an
external steel ring, the inner face of
which is electro-plated with a lead-
based compound.
