Revisione spinotti
Devono essere perfettamente levigati,
senza rigature, scalini o colorazioni
bluastre dovute a surriscaldamento.
Lo spinotto ben lubrificato deve poter
scorrere all'interno delle sedi del
pistone senza forzature.
Il gioco di accoppiamento con il
pistone, al montaggio, deve essere
di
0,002÷0,008 mm.
Il limite di usura massimo ammesso
è di
0,035 mm.
Sostituendo lo spinotto è necessario
sostituire anche la boccola piede di
biella.
Overhauling the gudgeon pins
Gudgeon pins must be perfectly
smooth without signs of scoring,
steps, or blueing due to overheating.
The well-lubricated gudgeon pin must
slide smoothly inside the piston
without stiffness.
The assembly clearance with the
piston at the time of installation must
be
0.002-0.008 mm.
The maximum permissible wear
limit is
0.035 mm.
If the gudgeon pin is changed you
must also change the connecting rod
small end bush.
